Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

We currently ship to the U.S. and select international countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
