Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
